However, there is one clue that even the most severe skeptic cannot explain: you can invent a picture, but you cannot invent a feeling or emotion - you either have it or not. During the session, many experience powerful emotions, begin to cry from what they see or from euphoria. Usually these are tears of joy (for example, from returning home, to the energy world from which the soul came to earth), sometimes grief or shame (for example, for the murder of a person committed in a past life, who in the current incarnation is the child of the client). Yes, it happens. No one has yet experienced fear in a state of trance in my practice, it is dulled for certain reasons.

Sometimes, when removing energy blockages, a feeling of pain may arise, but it passes very quickly. It is impossible to fake pain, because there is no physical contact during the session.

There was also one very significant case. I had a skype session with a girl. It was November, she was in St. Petersburg, I was in Europe. In St. Petersburg, the weather was terrible, the sky was overcast, the windows in the room were also curtained, and she had a bandage on her face. In the session, she saw herself standing in a ray of sunshine. And after the session, her nose was burned exactly along the line of the bandage. Yes, physically burned, reddened and the skin peeled off. Well, how could she imagine it?

As practice shows, the concept of our true nature and the purpose of being here is of vital importance for many of us, especially those who seek spiritual development. This helps to "accept and understand ourselves" and become stronger, because the very knowledge that we are, first of all, an eternal spirit, gives people strength and self-confidence. It is for such purposes that hypnosis exists - to break patterns of thinking and push your own boundaries through obtaining qualitatively new information about yourself and the world around you.

Hypnosis, in the form that I use it (), allows you to teach a person to conduct energy cleansing on their own, and not resort to the services of psychics, bioenergetics and mediums. Also, a person has the opportunity with his own eyes to look at his past lives, guardians, general condition, karma and possible branches of the development of the situation, without turning to fortune-tellers and astrologers. In fact, hypnosis is a versatile tool that suits a wide range of needs, each of which would normally require a separate specialist!

How it all started and briefly about myself :

My name is Anton and before hypnosis I worked as a trader in Europe (see below).

In January 2009, I had a spontaneous out-of-body experience. I closed my eyes and suddenly saw the Earth, the solar system, the galaxy rushing past ... I open my eyes, I see a room, but I understand that my consciousness is both here and there. The farther I moved away from the Earth, the more time tended to infinity, and the concept of space simply dissipated. This feeling was similar to waking up from a dream - after all, in a dream we always feel the same as in everyday life, but when we wake up, we understand that reality is right here. I just woke up from the current life to a higher one.

A clear understanding came that “there” is the real reality, and “here” is one of the billions of dreams that I have ever lived, a grain of sand on the beach of the lives of the Spirit. I cannot say that I saw something special, rather, it was 1000% knowledge that I am outside our reality and I am a part of some huge infinite organism. I seemed to see planets and stars, but they were just flashbacks of memory that I was taken through very, very quickly. The physical sensation was as if they had put me on top of big a vacuum cleaner that pulled me by the scruff of the body.

At the same time, I was bombarded with a huge flood of information. If you explain on your fingers, then imagine that under normal conditions your brain works at a certain speed, roughly speaking, ten kilobytes per second. At that moment, there was a feeling as if the speed of the brain, or rather the mental images entering it, was equal to billions of terabytes per second. There was no fear, and there was no feeling that it was all a hallucination. There was complete confidence in the reality of what was happening and remembering their true essence. Yes, it's memories.

Trader's previous life:

Six months before the events of 2009, I quit the bank where I worked as a trader - I wanted to live without being in the office for fourteen hours. I worked in Forex in Europe. As a trader, my questions were mostly mundane: what suit would I wear, what tie would I wear, would my shirt go with my pants, what nightclub would I go to on Friday. In other words, I was no different from the average materialist. Trading is a very specific world where people win and lose a lot of money. I never expected that I could earn so much in such a short time. I could afford almost everything I wanted.
Forex is a 24/7 market and sometimes I would go to night shifts three times a week. After four and a half years of such work, one could say that I had no biological clock, as such, I could sleep and be awake at any time of the day. Perhaps this is the only aspect of trading that can be somehow connected with the spontaneous exit from the body that happened.

Trying to understand what happened :

I tried for a long time to investigate what happened to me. At that time, I did not boil in esoteric circles, I was not religious, and it was completely unclear where to get the necessary information from. I studied everything: alternative history, various theories of evolution, DNA, UFOs, and so on. In short, everything about what the stories on Ren-TV are doing now. From 2009 to 2011 I spent searching. Then I began to systematize the acquired knowledge, made notes, decided to write a book in order to somehow structure the information received.

When I was already finishing the last chapter, then “accidentally” - why in quotation marks? because accidents are not accidental - I found Dolores Cannon, who has been doing regressive hypnosis for forty years. She is 84 years old today, she travels the world, conducts hypnosis sessions herself and gives courses. One of her courses was in Moscow, and I came. After that, I started doing regressive hypnosis. Based on all the information I received, hypnosis - at least her method - was the ideal tool for obtaining the knowledge that interested me.

When I came back to Europe after Moscow, I told everyone: “Guys, I’m done with trading, now I’m doing hypnosis.” I started the practice with friends, I did it for a year and a half, then I became, where I post the results of the sessions and the information received in them. Today, four thousand people a day read me, I conduct sessions daily via Skype or in person with a client, I travel a lot.

After leaving work, I wandered around the world for six months, trying to find myself. After the out-of-body incident, I began to think in a completely different way, began to read not the books that my friends liked. The desire to return to financial circles to earn a living has completely disappeared. Little by little, I left the society, because. old friends no longer interested me, for them I became a kind of crazy schizoteric, and then I had not yet found new ones. But the fear of loneliness disappeared, and an incredible craving for knowledge appeared, which leads me to this day. I became much more open and aware, the consumer psychology disappeared, tolerance and inner peace appeared, one might say indifference. Any everyday problems seem simply ridiculous if you look at them from the point of view of eternity.

First dive experience :

The first person I had a session with was my father. I stayed at his house during a trip to the Dolores Cannon course, after class I returned home and said: “So, lie down, now we will seance.” And the first time, to my great surprise, everything worked out! My father walked around past incarnations, saw his life in the Czech Republic, where he was the mayor of a small town and a couple of other things. We also found his karmic connection with his then girlfriend. It turned out that they have been going through a lesson in tolerance for many years, and once again they fail it. Later I found out that it was hypnosis that was my number 1 plan for the current incarnation, and that I have been doing it not for the first time.

    In this short guide to regressive hypnotherapy, the twelve step regression method for the treatment of phobias, which is used throughout the world, will be introduced step by step.

    For reference! In the text below, the client is often referred to as "adult" and "child". This is based on the assumption that the memories or emotional trauma that the hypnologist is trying to resolve occurred in childhood. Therefore, often during the session there is a return back to the segment between childhood and adult years of life. However, it should be borne in mind that traumatic memories are not always associated with childhood.

    As you complete each of the steps, which can be done very quickly, it is important to constantly praise and encourage the client. Tell him that he is doing a great job. Such words of approval create a person's confidence in their own abilities and bring the success of therapy closer.

    Step 1: Call Trance and Establish Rapport

    As a rule, during a preliminary conversation with a client, when he talks about an existing problem, you will decide whether regression (or reactivation) is really the best form of therapy. At this stage, what you are looking for is some strong emotional connection in the person's past that points to an event that may need to be addressed.

    Once you have made the judgment that it is possible to regress, the first thing to do is to set the right intention for a successful hypnosis session. Be sure that you have created a strong relationship with the client. It is necessary that he trusts you enough to be ready to entrust you with solving his case. Let the patient know that you have the skills to help solve their problem. This is very important to make the person feel safe when interacting with you.

    Then ask the client to demonstrate a simple act of consent. For example: the eyes of a person and his attention should be riveted to you. Once you have received confirmation of consent, your next task is to create a safety mechanism to overcome abreaction if such an event occurs.

    Then tell the client that any sounds they hear will only help deepen the existing experience. Do you want the person to focus on your voice and not on the sounds made by the worker who is repairing the road? Point out to him that he will not gain unnecessary experience. It's just a matter of concentration.

    Your voice will guide the patient throughout the session and you will always be there for them. This indication is necessary so that he does not lose interaction with you. You give the client a direction for their next life path. No matter how much he is immersed in his memories, during the session he will not stop listening to you.

    Let the client know that you will always be by their side throughout the session and your voice will guide them in the right direction. This reassurance of your presence gives the patient a sense of security and the understanding that he will not be walking this path alone.

    Tell the patient to feel the chair he is sitting in. Thus, the person will feel that he is safe. And in this way you will create a safety trigger that will be indispensable if a person has a state of abreaction. In addition to this symbol, another safety signal should be prepared. This may be a touch on the wrist of a person or another conventional sign that will be perceived by a person as confirmation of his safety.

    Once the patient is relaxed and ready to go, proceed with trance induction. You can use whichever method of induction you prefer. For example, you can use Elman's induction. Deepen the trance until the client is completely relaxed and can easily follow your suggestions.

    Say out loud that in a moment you will touch his shoulder, and he will have emotions from the event that was discussed in the preliminary conversation. Point out that the experience will be intense enough for him to feel it. But these emotions will be at the same time rather weak, so as not to shock him again.

    After that, you need to make sure that everything is in order with the client. Of course, the verification method depends on the approach used. For some people, a soft, delicate democratic approach is required. For others, an authoritarian (directive) style of influence is suitable.

    If a democratic style of communication is required, the conditions must be created so that the client feels that he is really cared for. So that he knows that he is not being pressured, he has a choice. When instructing such a client to return to the very first experience of the appearance of emotions, it is imperative to ask if he feels normal. If a person indicates poor health, it is necessary to clarify: in his opinion, he is ready to feel experiences, or he needs an additional resource to resurrect the initial emotions. Such an offer gives a person the right to choose, which brings the success of therapy closer.

    Meanwhile, the authoritarian approach involves the use of hard orders and direct directives by the hypnologist. Despite the fact that the authoritarian style implies direct command of the patient, in some situations it is the use of this manner that helps to achieve high results. Regardless of which style is best suited to influencing a particular person, the client must be sure that the hypnologist is stronger than his problem.

    So, tell the client that you will count from three to one. When the countdown ends, he will return to the time when he first experienced destructive emotions. Reassure the person that once they get to the original event and experience, you will bring them back to the present moment. Point out that he will be tense only for a moment, but soon the discomfort will disappear. Make sure the client is okay. Then ask them if he is ready to start.

    Step 2. Full Orientation

    Touch your client's shoulder and ask them to go back to the time they first experienced the emotions they are trying to change. It is likely that on the first attempt, the person will not be able to return to the period when the original event happened. However, keep pushing him back into the past until he reaches the starting event. Until you reach the point where the emotion first appeared.

    Here are some helpful questions to ask a person to help them navigate:

    • Is it indoors or outdoors?
    • Is it day or night?
    • How old is he?
    • Is he alone or are there other people with him?
    • What does he see and feel?

    It is very important to ask such questions so that the client does not have false memories. You can not ask questions that accidentally can limit a certain interval of the past. For example, if you ask, "How old are you ... are you about 7?", you will make a sentence that can change memories.

    Therefore, it is necessary to ask neutral and alternative questions that give a person the opportunity to make a choice and restore the true experience. For example, when you ask, "Are you inside or outside?", you give the client the opportunity to give an answer based on what they remember and what they think, rather than relying on suggestions.

    For example, the question: "Are you inside?" is a sentence implying a definite answer. Similarly, if you ask, "Do you have an abuser?" some people may say "no," but other people will consider having an abuser because they will act on the suggestion.

    So, if you propose, then it can change a person's memories. Therefore, address patients with short questions so as not to introduce external visual symbols into their memory. Fully control the process of asking questions and work only with the information that the client gives.

    Wait for each question to be answered to determine if the person returned at the time of the original event. If not, gently touch his shoulder and repeat the three-two-one count and again ask the person to go back to the moment when the initial emotions arose. Then ask him the above indicative questions again to help track down the true memories.

    It is important to ask the client about his age, especially if you are sure that the person is suffering from childhood trauma. This allows you to determine whether a return to a more distant past is necessary.

    Many people often question whether it is important to go back to the original event that caused the injury in the first place. It should be remembered that this initial situation at the present moment is a product of the imagination and not a reflection of reality. In fact, people get stuck in the idea that it was this event that caused the trauma. If you bring them back in time and fix the traumatic situation, they will think everything is fixed. They will rest assured that they have dealt with the real cause. And they do not need the subsequent development of the event.

    Step 3. The essence of dissociation (detachment)

    When a client reaches the point where they experience emotions for the first time, you need to bring them back immediately so that the experience does not traumatize them. Let the person very quickly and briefly feel past emotions, but then be sure to bring him back to the present so that he knows that he is completely safe. So, count one-two-three and tell the client that he has returned to his "adult". Emphasize that he is safe in his chair. Point out that he can let the scene he sees disappear. As if he is watching from afar.

    There are two important points to consider in this step.

    First, what is dissociation? The problem with trauma is that people feel the wrong things, like fear or anger. Too much anger causes them to dissolve into emotion, so they lose all their mental resources. They are so consumed with anger that they lose situational control and then act in ways that are harmful to themselves.

    Similarly, fear becomes a problem when it takes control of you and forces you to change your behavior. For example, you overcome forty flights of stairs in order not to end up in an elevator. You assume it will break and you will fall into a trap.

    Fear is a useful phenomenon that protects you. But when you're constantly afraid, your body releases chemicals like cortisol in excess. The organism begins to fight with itself and destroy itself, because some emotions are destructive.

    Fear and anger are short-term "correctors" that act when it is appropriate to pay such a price in order to avoid more serious consequences. For example, can a father run into a burning house to save his child? Of course, he will do so, because the result is worth it. Likewise, would someone apply the brakes and use the handbrake to avoid a collision? Certainly. They can ruin car tires, but the existing alternative is much worse.

    The problem arises when these negative emotions become chronic. Especially when the urgency of the event clearly does not correspond to the mental and physical strength of emotions. Make no mistake: constant fear and anger eats you up and destroys you from the inside. To prevent this from happening, you need a way to protect yourself from them, to prevent the mental suffering that fear and anger breed.

    According to researchers, the chemical trace of emotions lasts from 5 to 90 seconds. The 90 second version has the most confirmations, so we'll use that as a reference. This suggests that any emotion that lasts longer than 90 seconds needs to be recreated and corrected.

    A good analogy to use when describing dissociation is the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Each time you press the button, soap will flow out of the container. The state when people are overwhelmed with emotions is reminiscent of the fact that they continue to mentally press the dispenser button. It's like their finger is jammed. That pushing the button has become an unconscious habit. They just keep pushing the button until the sink is overflowing with spilled soap.

    Dissociation is a way to turn off the mental apparatus that mentally presses this button. This is the placement of a cap on the dispenser dispenser so that pressing the button no longer works. The best way to do this is to use symbolism.

    Suppose you come face to face with a tiger. How big will it look? Probably very big. Are you in danger? For sure, yes. Now suppose the tiger is a mile away from you. How big is it now? Are you exposed to the same degree of danger? Definitely not.

    Therefore, the ideas of size and distance can be used to teach what safety means. When you tell a client to move a scene a distance or let it disappear, it means that you can move away enough that the person can concentrate the resources needed to get rid of such a picture.

    Secondly, what is the purpose of counting? When you count 3-2-1 and tell the client to go back to their earliest emotional experience, you are giving them a trigger for something. This is a classic method of hypnosis.

    Note. To monitor the client's state, pay particular attention to trance cues, such as changes in skin tone, eye twitching, or immobility. Other signals include pupil dilation, slowing of the pulse, changes in breathing patterns, fixed gaze, glassy eyes, changes in the blinking reflex, changes in their swallowing mechanisms, tiredness or closing of the eyes, involuntary muscle spasms, numbness of the extremities, changes in voice, enlargement passive reactions.

    Step 4. Reconstruction

    This step is very important for relieving anxiety during the regression. The state when the client was very actively experiencing strong emotions may have been quite an intense process, which created a nervous shock. Therefore, it is very important that you again reassure the person that he is completely safe, despite the intensity of the experience.

    For example, in the voice of a woman suffering from fear of snakes, when returning to the moment of the initial experience, panic horror was clearly heard. She was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. The hypnotist asked her if she was alone in that situation or if she was with someone else. He then asked about her age. After that, he encouraged the client. He pointed out that her former self was convinced that she could not handle the situation, but she did. The doctor said that no matter how frightening the previous experience was, she managed. She survived it. She knows it's true. Her younger self didn't think she could survive, but her real adult self knows that things worked out for the best.

    Step 5: Find Two Safety Points

    The idea behind this step is for both the "adult" and the "child" to remember the experience and have a sense of security before and after the initiating sensitizing event. At this stage, the following should be taken into account. First, the initiating sensitizing event refers to the situation that originally caused the injury.

    Do you need to go back to the original event? No. You can use any memory because memories are just metaphorical representations of our past. The reasons for striving for the initiating sensitizing event are a matter of faith. If a person believes that this is where it started, they will believe that this is where it ends. When the situation no longer bothers them, they will assume that it can never affect them again. And as soon as their beliefs change, everything else changes.

    You could work with the person's most recent memories and release them. But if the client has other memories of the same feeling, he may inadvertently recreate the problem by thinking about them. The return and clearing of all memories creates the illusion that a person has mastered this event only here and now. This may create another problem. What really matters is the person's attitude towards the work done during the session. Does he feel that his problem is completely solved?

    The second aspect that must be taken into account is that there is neither an adult nor a child inside the client, but there is only one whole person. It is just a symbol that helps to change a person's attitude towards his memories.

    The required action is to clearly define the safety point before and after the event. There was a time before the event when the subject was safe, and there was a time after the event when he felt secure. You need to get this information from the client.

    If your patient tells you that he got lost as a child while playing with a friend in the park, then this is your first anchor. This is the exact moment when a person's fun and excitement turned into fear and trauma. The moment after the traumatic event when he is hugged by his parents and he feels safe again is the second anchor.

    Helping the client find these safety points during the hypnosis session is very important as it helps them put the event and associated emotions into context, making it less traumatic.

    Note. In some rare cases where the trauma was significant or recent, the person may never have felt safe after the event. However, you can use the scenario of being in the same room with you as a safe place for him after a traumatic event.

    Step 6. Safe protection circuit

    Explain to the person that you are asking them to go back to where they were before the sensitizing event occurred. Then ask your client to accelerate forward through the active site of the event to the safety point after the traumatic event. It is important to say that his emotions will not be as intense as he experienced the first time. By doing so, you are preparing them for what to expect when they go through the traumatic event again.

    The safety loop is a way to rephrase memories to give them a different meaning.. This is a symbolic context. Changing the meaning of something changes the whole experience.

    For example, if someone asks you if he can burn your hand, you will most likely give a negative answer. However, if you are given to understand: either they will burn your hand or the hand of your child, you, of course, choose your own hand, because now symbolically the situation has a completely different meaning.

    Another point to keep in mind is the following. The person may not cease to be afraid of the memories of the traumatic experience, so it will be extremely difficult for him to "run" from one safe place to another. Therefore, as soon as you notice changes in facial expression and tone of voice, you must immediately return the client to reality. You must constantly monitor your patient and respond to any such changes, because otherwise you risk worsening his condition.

    However, you can run the "jump" loop multiple times, faster and faster each time. With each “cycle”, the emotions will become less and less intense, because the client is aware that everything that happens is becoming absolutely safe for him.

    Step 7. The hypnologist teaches the "adult" and the "adult" teaches the "child"

    The next step is for the hypnotist to explain to the "adult" that while the "child" does not know that he survived the experience, the "adult" is aware of this. "Adult" is here today in this room. This should be done while the client is in trance. In this state, you can ask the "adult": how the younger "I" will react to the fact that he will soon be able to go through a very unpleasant experience. But after that, he will be safe again.

    Ask the person how such a message would affect their existing "child". Naturally, this would make it possible to feel much better. So at this point, the hypnotist trains the adult, and then the adult trains the child, and then the cycle repeats again. But this time the child already knows that after the experience he will be safe again.

    So you might say, “What if you tell your ‘youngest’ that he will be safe again after the situation? Doesn't it matter a lot? Go ahead and tell the "child" in a way that can help the child."

    Then ask the adult to go through the cycle again, from the safe time before the event, through the situation, to the point after the event where he felt safe, and then back to the present. Moving along such a trajectory at a very fast pace leads to the fact that everything that happens merges into one memory. It is necessary to return to repeating this cycle until the person's emotions are significantly reduced.

    Step 8. Reconstruction of the "adult"

    While the person is in trance, bring the "adult" back into the room to make the scene disappear. For now, your goal is for the adult to be ready to educate his "child" as he has experienced a traumatic event, gaining experience and many resources that he did not have as a child.

    Explain to the "adult" that he should go back to the moment of the event and talk to the "child". He should help him understand what will happen next, explaining that he will be safe again after this situation.

    Step 9. "Adult" teaches "child" After you have done the reconstruction, go through the "time loop" again and ask the "adult" to teach the "child". The idea is for the "adult" to help the child understand that everything was safe and good before the event, and everything will be safe after the event. Explain that no matter how traumatic the event was, he survived. An adult is sitting here right now.

    This is cognitive therapy. The word "coaching" implies empowerment and empowerment for success. When an "adult" himself talks to a "child", this is really just symbolism. In fact, he is just talking to himself. In teaching a child, an adult takes on a leading role. The client is aware that if he is empowered as an "adult", then he has the same authority as a child. Because they both coexist in the same person.

    The "adult" collects resources in the present to become a role model for the "child". Therefore, when the "child" experiences again, he uses more voluminous resources. It turns out like this: what previously traumatized a person, now these aspects open up new opportunities for him.

    Step 10. Repeating cycles many times

    Run through the "time loop" until the emotion is completely drained and replaced by calmness or perhaps even relief. Until you make sure that the client:

    • feels safe;
    • knows that everything worked out well;
    • does an excellent job with the task.

    And you, as a hypnotist, will notice a significant difference in your client's behavior. This step is really just a repetition. By repeating the cycle many times, you set up new reactions of the person, ensuring that he has a solid informational experience and the confidence that he no longer has a problem. Keep repeating the cycle until there is no doubt so that he has taken in new memories.

    Step 11 Forgiveness

    This step involves the "adult" forgiving anyone they may have blamed for causing the traumatic event. By forgiving others, he can free himself from the negative emotions that have been smoldering in the unconscious mind for years.

    "Adult" can also tell the child how proud he is of him, how courageous and brave he considers him. The "child" was a small baby when the traumatic event occurred. He did not know any other way of interpreting it. Perhaps there were other people at the time who should have known better what to do, such as siblings, parents, or other adults. Perhaps they should have protected the child, done something to make the situation less frightening, or they might have eliminated these factors entirely. Now it's time to forgive everyone involved in this event.

    Any situation could lead to the "child" feeling resentment or anger towards other people. Therefore, it is important to hear how the “adult” forgives each of them out loud. Or, if he feels more comfortable, he can do it in solitude.

    But it is important that he address each person individually and tell them:

    • how he experienced this event;
    • how angry or afraid he was;
    • what he thought the other person should have done, but did not undertake.

    Finally, the "adult" must forgive the "child". The event was not the fault of the "child", because he was at that time only a child. The "adult" may have suffered as a result of what happened, but it was not the fault of the "child". The “adult” must come to terms with this fact and forgive the child by having an honest, frank conversation about the event.

    The role of forgiveness is technically unimportant in regression. Regression can be done successfully if the trauma is simply removed from memory. The purpose of forgiveness work is that one does not create new trauma by thinking, "I'm stupid, why should I suffer all this time?" This thought makes a person feel just as bad at any other event, and he can recreate some other trauma himself. Forgiveness is the conclusion: “You know, I don’t have to think about it anymore. I don't need to keep doing this, I'm done with it. There is no need to keep worrying."

    Note. When an "adult" talks to a "child" about an event and forgives him, it is important that he always speak kindly to the "child". If a person is having trouble with this, it is an indication that they need to spend some time at this stage practicing forgiveness so that they can move on.

    Step 12: Reunion

    The final step in this process is the connection of "child" and "adult", allowing the "child" to grow and develop with the new resources that the "adult" has acquired throughout his life and through the process of hypnotherapy. The "adult" has forgiven the "child" and can let him know that there is no more guilt, resentment, or embarrassment about what happened.

    To begin the reunion, ask the client to imagine that he has melted into the child's body so that he feels oneness. It is important not to rush this process: it should take as long as a person needs to feel the mental fusion of "child" and "adult".

    The next step involves managing the integrated child/adult through all stages of a person's life, starting from the age they were when the event occurred. At the same time, do not forget to name the specific stages of development that you are carrying out.

    Once you have finished your work, you need to bring the person out of trance in such a way that he feels rested, relaxed and energized. It is important not to rush into this, but to allow them to return to their normal waking state slowly and comfortably. This may take a few seconds, or it may take several minutes, depending on how he feels and how ready he is to return.

    At the same time, as hypnotherapist Gennady Ivanov emphasizes, check, check, check your work when a person comes out of a trance! The check should confirm that the client does not have unnecessary emotions or any unnecessary suggestions, which you have to deal with during deep hypnosis.
